
my mom started this after a spinal fusion and severe back pain and swears by it, and so do i. it’s all about balance and musculoskeletal function and it works. less of a workout, but more of a functional tool that let’s you be able to do workouts that make you feel strong. it’s a lot of kind of weird and specific movements, but if i’m hurting or feeling out of whack, there is nothing better.
